Permissible complaints include (but are not limited to):
Abuse of power by a National Parliament Member
Corruption allegations (clearly marked as allegations)
Election misconduct
Human rights concerns
Misuse of public funds
Ethical violations. Failure to represent constituents
All complaints must be submitted without hate speech, threats, or incitement to violence.
Protection under international human rights law
European Union digital rights and safe-harbour principles (where applicable)
Strong protections for political speech, whistle-blowing, and public-interest reporting
Attempts at censorship, intimidation, or transnational repression are treated seriously and documented.
It constitutes proven defamation under applicable jurisdiction
A valid court order from a competent international or hosting-jurisdiction court is received
